Page Food List

We do not like the term diet, because of the psychological association with the word. Think of this as a way of eating!

Although, each person is biochemically unique and there is rarely a one size fits all, the Page Food Plan is what we have found to benefit most individuals.

The basic idea is the limitation of grains, flour, cereals, pastas, sugar, dairy, and processed foods; and encourages consumption of unlimited green vegetables plus quality proteins.

The combination of foods also has an affect on how our body utilizes the foods. If available organic whole foods present the best option, if not, then whole food are always better than processed and refined foods.

When this simple idea is followed, results are usually seen from that switch in eating.
